Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your ClipShrink subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Because ClipShrink offers a free tier that lets you fully evaluate the product before paying, paid plans are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, if you were charged in error, or the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period, email us within 7 days and we will review a pro-rata refund in good faith.

How to request

Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
