Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026. By using ClipShrink ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ClipShrink compresses video and audio files you upload, using preset encoding profiles, and returns a smaller file. Free accounts may process up to 5 files per day at up to 720p. Paid plans lift these limits per the pricing page.

2. Your files & responsibilities

You confirm you own or have the right to process any file you upload. You must not upload illegal content or content that infringes others' rights. We may refuse or stop processing files that violate these terms or that could harm the Service.

3. Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any loss arising from downtime or a failed conversion. Always keep your original files.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay or Stripe. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. GST-compliant invoices are available for Indian customers.

5. Changes
